Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Channel Business Development Manager to expand our market presence and drive growth through strategic partnerships. You will play a pivotal role in establishing and expanding our IT channel partner network. Your responsibilities will include: Job Scope: Channel Strategy Development: Develop and execute channel strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives. Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners. Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive sales through channel partners by developing and implementing sales programs. Collaborate with partners to create business plans that ensure mutual success. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics. Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive threats. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in cybersecurity. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the product portfolio. Partner Enablement and Support: Train and support channel partners on product features, benefits, and competitive positioning. Develop and deliver sales and technical training programs. Assist partners in marketing activities and lead generation campaigns. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align strategies and initiatives. Communicate effectively with partners to ensure they are informed about new products, updates, and promotional activities. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or a similar role in the ICT or cybersecurity industry. Experience in the Middle East and/or Europe markets is highly preferred Skills and Competencies: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through channel partners. Strong understanding of cybersecurity hardware products and solutions. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools. Additional Qualifications: Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Willingness to travel as required to meet with partners and attend industry events.
