POSITION SUMMARY

Broadvoice is seeking a strategic and dynamic VP, Channel Sales to lead and scale our US Channel Sales as we accelerate mid-market growth and advance our position as a Customer Experience (CX) leader around our proprietary UCaaS and CCaaS platforms.
This role is ideal for a passionate channel advocate who can align cross-functional teams, build strong partner relationships, and design high-impact programs that deliver a best-in-class partner experience and drive growth.
The VP, Channel Sales will be responsible for leading and scaling our channel sales team. This executive will drive revenue growth by developing strategic relationships with Technology Solutions Brokers, Technology Advisors, VARs, and system integrators. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with deep experience in the UCaaS/CCaaS space and a proven track record of building high-performing channel programs.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in Channel Sales Leadership, ideally in CCaaS, UCaaS, or SaaS environments
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling partner programs, driving revenue growth, and improving operational efficiency
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to inspire both internal teams and external partners
  • Deep understanding of the channel landscape, CX trends, partner enablement, and mid-market dynamics
  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Confident in presenting to executive audiences, partner communities, and industry events
  • Proficiency with channel technologies, CRM platforms, and partner portals
  • Willingness and ability to travel 75–80% of the time to support strategic relationships, partner engagement, events and key initiatives

Responsibilities
  • Lead and evolve Broadvoice’s US Channel Sales Team to accelerate revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen our CX leadership in the mid-market
  • Define and manage channel strategies, KPIs, forecasts, and performance metrics that align with the company goals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, operations, and executive leadership to ensure strategic alignment and execution
  • Serve as an external ambassador of Broadvoice’s partner ecosystem, evangelizing our story, solutions, and CX vision to partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders
  • Leverage partner insights and data to enhance enablement, engagement, and satisfaction across the partner lifecycle
  • Define and report on key KPIs related to channel growth, performance, and partner experience; deliver regular insights to executive leadership
  • Stay ahead of market dynamics and CX innovation in UCaaS and CCaaS to ensure Broadvoice’s channel strategy remains competitive and differentiated
  • Coordinate with international Broadvoice peers on sales and partner industry trends
