Job Title : Channel Development Deputy Manager- Health & Beauty Location : Grha Unilever Role Purpose Drive channel development for Health & Beauty by crafting and executing strategies that deliver growth across omnichannel platforms. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on operational execution, ensuring excellence in implementation while maintaining a deep understanding of shopper behavior and channel dynamics. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement channel strategies rooted in shopper insights and category data. Manage omnichannel initiatives, including offline and ecommerce platforms, to maximize reach and engagement. Analyze & operate performance using tools like Excel, Power BI, and other analytics platforms to identify opportunities and optimize execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build compelling stories and presentations that influence stakeholders. Stay ahead of premium beauty trends and translate them into actionable plans for the channel. Ensure flawless execution of operational tasks while maintaining strategic alignment. Actively seek support when needed but deliver independently with full accountability and ownership. Preferred Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in Health & Beauty channel development or related roles. Proven track record in managing omnichannel strategies and execution.
