We are a multinational group company founded in 1999, headquartered in Irvine, California, USA. We have direct branches and subsidiaries in the United States, China, and Canada. Our business covers overseas immigration and education, assisted reproductive medical services, and international wealth management.
We are now looking for a Channel Development Manager in Irvine.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, International Trade, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in channel management within immigration, overseas education, international real estate, or other premium service industries.
  • Familiar with channel development models, with strong business negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Result-driven, able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and cross-cultural understanding skills; fluent in Mandarin with basic proficiency in English.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining channel partnerships for the company’s immigration business; establish and strengthen cooperation with potential partners such as real estate, education agencies, wealth management firms, insurance companies, high-end clubs, and international student communities.
  • Formulate and implement channel development strategies and expansion plans to achieve business cooperation goals.
  • Organize channel training to help partners better understand the company’s programs and services, and enhance their ability to promote them.
  • Monitor sales performance of partners, provide necessary support and incentives to ensure achievement of targets.
  • Collect market and industry insights, provide timely feedback on client and partner needs, and assist in optimizing services and offerings.
  • Assist in marketing events, brand promotion, and partnership negotiations.
