What You Will Do Identify and pursue new business and channel opportunities to drive revenue and long‑term growth Conduct market and industry analysis, including consumer trends, competitor activity, and channel dynamics Develop and manage strategic partnerships with potential customers, distributors, and business partners Lead commercial negotiations, contract discussions, and alignment with key stakeholders Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution and implementation Support and coach sales teams to enable effective channel activation and performance improvement Monitor performance, evaluate results, and continuously refine channel development strategies Who You Are Solid experience in Sales, Channel Development, or Business Development, preferably within pharmacy and/or modern trade Exposure to international or large national market operations Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies Excellent communication, coaching, and negotiation skills A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across functions Creative and strategic thinking in identifying new opportunities for growth Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building structure in growing markets What We Can Offer You Our purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-Being, provides meaning to everything we do.
