Responsibilities

ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a Channel Development Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding the company’s market presence by building and managing a robust network of sales partners, including dealers and agents. You will be responsible for driving channel strategy, optimizing partner performance, and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and develop new sales channels; establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers, agents, and other strategic partners.
  • Develop and implement effective channel strategies to optimize channel structure, expand market coverage, and drive market share growth.
  • Provide comprehensive product training and marketing support to channel partners to enhance performance and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
  • Regularly monitor and analyse channel sales data and market trends to refine operational strategies and improve channel efficiency.
  • Oversee inventory management across channels and ensure a high level of product knowledge among partners and sales teams.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), generate reports, and drive continuous improvement of channel processes.
  • Ensure effective implementation of channel policies and full compliance with legal and operational standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the company or senior management.
