Then you’re exactly who we’re looking for! As a Channel Development Manager, you’ll be the architect of our partner network in the Matrix42 solutions ecosystem. Working closely with a six-member international team under the leadership of our VP Channel, you’ll actively drive the expansion and development of our partner network – with clear goals, tangible impact, and plenty of room to shape the future.

In more detail, your main tasks and responsibilities include the following:

  • Take ownership of the operational management and strategic development of our sales partners.
  • Collaborate with your assigned partners to create business plans and support them in defining their sales strategies.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, PreSales, and Consulting to achieve maximum impact.
  • Use your network to open doors with top partners in Germany and secure their commitment.
  • Develop targeted strategies for new customer acquisition and for growing existing business.
  • Guide new partners through our onboarding process and orchestrate collaboration with key stakeholders.
