Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
AMD is seeking an APJ Channel Enablement Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic channel enablement programs that empower AMD’s partner ecosystem. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring that our channel partners are equipped with the tools, training, and resources they need to accelerate sales performance and deliver business outcomes.
In addition to driving key enablement initiatives, this role includes people management responsibilities for a team of Channel Enablement Specialists. As a team leader, you will coach, guide, and develop your direct reports, fostering a high-performing culture focused on partner success, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
As a strategic liaison between AMD and its partners, this role requires a strong communicator with demonstrated experience in channel sales, partner enablement, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and product management teams to align enablement initiatives with AMD’s go-to-market strategy and business objectives.
