As a key player in driving organisational change, you will develop and execute effective communication plans that engage stakeholders, foster understanding, and promote successful change adoption. Your expertise will focus on enhancing change readiness, mitigating resistance, and amplifying the impact of change initiatives. In this role, you will identify and address stakeholder needs, concerns, and barriers to change. You will craft compelling communication materials, provide training and guidance, and monitor the effectiveness of change communication efforts.
