Team mission As the Channel Innovation Lead, you’ll shape the future of how we communicate with millions of travelers worldwide. You will own the innovation agenda across our CRM channels (Email, Push, In-app, SMS, Inbox) and lead the adoption of new platforms like WhatsApp and Direct Mail. Your mission is to ensure our CRM channels stay ahead of the curve - resilient against risks like deliverability or AI disruption, and constantly evolving with new capabilities that drive innovation from templates to enhancements that maximize results. Your mission Define and drive the channel innovation strategy, ensuring scalability, consistency, and future-proofing across all CRM touchpoints. Act as the internal thought leader on emerging CRM technologies, trends, and best practices (AI personalization, deliverability, template optimization, bundling, new inbox formats). Establish a governance framework to safeguard stability, compliance, and performance across global markets. Partner with Product, Brand, Tech, and Analytics to align channel roadmaps with company-wide objectives and customer experience goals. Lead the testing and experimentation roadmap to uncover insights, validate new features, and drive measurable uplifts in retention and engagement. Translate customer data and behavioral insights into actionable strategies for channel adoption and optimization. Build knowledge systems and playbooks that codify innovation and scale best practices across the organization. Proactively detect and mitigate risks (e.g., deliverability breakdowns, underutilized tech) before they impact business performance. Your profile 5+ years of experience in CRM / Lifecycle Marketing, with proven expertise in channel management and innovation. Strong understanding of the MarTech ecosystem, CRM platforms, and AI-driven engagement capabilities. Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives in a complex organization. Analytical and curious, with a track record of experimenting and scaling new ideas. Strong project management skills; detail-oriented yet fast-moving.
