Must-Haves: Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Basic math and computer skills Ability to read instructions and follow plans Strong attention to detail and precision Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand or sit for extended periods Ability to stand for long periods of time Bonus Points If You Have: Experience in sign manufacturing or fabrication Familiarity with shop machinery and hand tools LED wiring or electrical assembly experience
