Channel Manager: Grade-M7 Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Target Achievement Monitor daily/weekly/monthly performance of branches against set targets. Drive new customer acquisition and cross-selling of relevant products. Implement marketing and customer acquisition campaigns to support business growth. Branch Engagement & Enablement Act as a bridge between product teams and branch banking teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of strategies. Provide product training, refresher modules, and on-ground support to branch teams. Facilitate lead management, campaign tracking, and ensure conversion of leads to business. 3. Portfolio Management & Deepening : Focus on improving book size, product holding per customer, and customer activation. Analyze branch portfolio health , initiate reactivation campaigns. Drive customer segmentation and offer appropriate solutions to enhance wallet share. 4. Governance, Compliance & Quality Minimize errors and rejections by strengthening process awareness at branch levels. Conduct periodic audits, mystery shopping, and implement feedback mechanisms. 5. MIS & Review Publish branch-wise performance MIS and dashboards for leadership visibility. Prepare monthly and quarterly review decks and participate in performance reviews. Use data analytics to identify gaps and growth opportunities.
