Job Title: Channel Manager – Business development Job Location: Dusseldorf, Germany Main Responsibilities: • Establish and develop relationships with key channel partners in the region (executive, owners, branch/sales managers). • Enable channel partners to continuously improve their solution sales and service capabilities. • Maintain the market order and ensure the healthy development of channel businesses. • Establish channel objectives and strategies to meet sales goals, in collaboration with the National Digital Power Dept • Develop plan with Channel Sales Rep for execution of new program to be launched to distributors. • Work with offer and channel marketing to provide tools and support to our distributors. • Engage with Huawei Digital Power sales and service leaders to provide required support and joint planning to our distributors. • Conduct regular business reviews with channel partners to monitor performance, assess execution of actions and market dynamics • Develop and maintain channel contracts • In-depth knowledge of the channel market Requirements: • Good technical knowledge, coupled with a dynamic approach to sales. • Very good knowledge in PV solution such as panel, inverter and grid network etc. Is preferred. • Excellent relationship management, communication and presentation skills; • Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented. • Good planning and organizational skills; • Bachelor's degree or higher; electrical engineering (or equivalent) would be preferred What We Offer: We offer you an exciting professional career in one of the leading and fastest growing multinational telecommunication companies, challenging work and a competitive salary package.
