SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE’D LIKE YOU TO HAVE

  • Experience running social media channels in a fast-paced, high-output similar environment
  • An understanding of Facebook, YouTube, and all other social media platforms as a user, and specific experience in managing pages, particularly on Facebook is advantageous.
  • Being creative with video content and understanding of how it can be reworked to be optimized for engagement on different platforms.
  • The ability to spot a video or story the audience will love to watch or hear about
  • Be results-driven & motivated by getting to work on some of the most exciting content creators on social
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills

Responsibilities

As our Channel Manager, you will be responsible for managing the schedule of video content on assigned Creator/Influencer Facebook pages, Snap accounts & YouTube Channels. The role requires someone with experience in planning, scheduling, optimising and creating premium quality social media content with a strong understanding of the social media landscape, particularly on Facebook, including best practices, page and content optimisation and audiences trends.
