Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

The Channel Manager DACH/CZ is responsible to craft channel specific plans to drive growth. The relevant channels are the direct sales channel (direct to salon), wholesale channel and key account channel (salon & shop chains). The plans to drive growth deliver against the DACH/CZ strategy and are worked in alignment with the EMEA regional team. The position reports directly into the Senior Channel Manager DACH/CZ. The position holder has strong analytical skills (data driven plans to activate growth), is close to the customers in the different channels and is a true team player to achieve set targets (multi stakeholder management: Sales Force, other internal Departments, EMEA Team, DACH/CZ Team). Strong presentation skills are necessary.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Development of channel growth plans in sync with the DACH/CZ strategy.
  • Customer business analysis in the different channels to identify growth and gap closing activities.
  • Pricing excellence (set up and tracking) including general trade terms and conditions and execution against set targets
  • Development of convincing presentation decks to unlock growth potential for internal purpose (Sales Team, EMEA Team, DACH/CZ Lead Team) and customer purpose (eg. joint business plans)
  • Customer visits, sales co-rides to understand the customer needs and support in driving execution of the developed channel growth activity masterplan.
