Channel Manager Vienna, Austria What You’ll Be Doing: Relationship Building;Establish and develop relationships with key channel and partners, Supporting internal and external communication Distribution Management: Partner Certification, target breakdown, performance checking, BP review, rebate follow-up, PSI data management Performance Monitoring Tracking and communicating performance and rebate, Regular monitoring and analysis of data report,root cause analysis and find solution to resolve it. Partner development: Lead and organize the company's resources to achieve strategic alignment with partners. Like Training Organization,coordination and Organization of Marketing Events Other Department and Channel-Related Tasks What We’re Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (electronic, photovoltaics etc.). 3-10 years working experience in 2C or 2B Channel business Excellent English (negotiation level) and fluent in Mandarin Chinese or German is a plus Excellent relationship management, communication and presentation skills; Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented, Success-oriented, motivation Experience in consumer electronics and PV industry such as panel, photovoltaics etc is a plus Experience in channel/Distribution business Professional theoretical and systematic knowledge or PSI or Sales Incentive Policy is a plus Proficient in required professional skills and tools, like PPT, EXCEL Communication & teamwork Time management & Execution Problem solving & logical thinking What You’ll Get From Us: We don’t just offer jobs — we offer growth, challenge, and opportunity.
