Description

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Sales Management: Leading and managing sales team to achieve collective goals.
  • Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to penetrate the market, maximize revenue, and achieve business objectives
  • Business Development: Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients, and expanding our presence in the market
  • Sales Targets: Establishing monthly, quarterly & yearly targets for the sales team Meeting and exceeding sales targets through proactive sales initiatives and innovative approaches.
  • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions
  • Budgeting & forecasting: Assisting finance department in preparing and maintaining budgets and forecasts.
  • Work closely with Procurement department to get the current market price and stock availability.
  • Reporting and Analysis:Generate sales reports and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:-

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading sales teams, cultivating collaborative and productive relationships.
  • Graduates from other discipline with proven work experience of minimum 5yrs as Sales Manger also can apply.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and inter personal skills.
  • Should be available to join immediately.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and technology
  • Must be system oriented as well as computer literate and Advanced user of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • UAE Driving License is an added advantage
