Anatomy IT is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Channel Manager to drive the growth of our Managed IT and Cybersecurity Services by building and optimizing our channel partner ecosystem. This role combines relationship management, strategic planning, and sales enablement to ensure the success of our channel partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in channel sales and management within the IT services industry, along with the ability to develop strategies that maximize partner performance and revenue growth.

EDUCATION & EXPERTISE

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales or management, preferably in the IT services or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of Managed IT Services, cloud solutions, and the MSP landscape.
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with channel partners at all levels.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing partner programs and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in launching channel programs for a growing organization.
  • Track record of exceeding channel sales goals.

Responsibilities
  • Channel Partner Development: Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with channel partners, including value-added resellers, managed service providers, and technology distributors.
  • Sales Enablement: Train and equip partners with the tools, resources, and knowledge needed to effectively sell our Managed IT Services.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to design and execute a channel sales strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive incremental sales through the channel by setting performance targets, tracking KPIs, and implementing improvement plans.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop co-branded campaigns and partner-specific initiatives that generate demand.
  • Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and strengthening partnerships.
  • Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate sales projections and ensure alignment of resources and inventory to meet channel needs.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve channel programs, workflows, and partner incentives to drive efficiency and engagement.
