Meaningful Work From Day One This position is responsible for leading the development and execution of sales strategies for key accounts, managing customer relationships to achieve sales and profitability targets. It requires strong collaboration with internal departments, leadership skills, and adherence to company policies. What You Can Expect Account Management: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key customers, leading HQ calls and regional coverage buying calls. Sales and Distribution: Drive sales volume, achieve brand placement, and expand product distribution within assigned accounts. Promotional Activities: Develop and execute promotional strategies and manage trade budgets to maximize brand visibility and profitability. Data Analysis: Review and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in account management. In-store Brand Visibility Development: Maximize brand visibility in-store to create consumer experience and brand exposure. Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Finance) and external partners (e.g., distributors, agencies) to achieve business objectives. What You Bring to the Table At least 7 years of sales experience in the beverage or FMCG industry, or 13+ years of relevant experience in the spirits/beverage alcohol industry is preferred. Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Demonstrated ability to create, control, and maintain financial and business analyses, including budgets. Team player with a strong ability to collaborate effectively. Excellent strategic and tactical skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships. Sound financial skills, including experience in budget management.
