Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in distribution/channel management
  • Great negotiation skills
  • Bachelors degree- BA or MBA
  • Solid and verifiable track record of overachievement and verifiable record of successfully growing market shar
Responsibilities

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Identify, develop and manage relationships with direct and indirect solar distribution channel partners and strategic accounts
  • Identify and close sales opportunities in the UK, in accordance with the Company’s overall strategic plans and financial objectives in the region
  • Provide revenue forecasts and review sales results to ensure targets are being met; take corrective action where required
  • Negotiating and issuing annual contracts with distributors and tracking quarterly and annual actions and targets
  • Maintain accurate and up to date customer records in the company CRM system
  • Provide internal and external trainings to distributors and their customers
  • Developing and implementing strategies with the channel partners to achieve sales goals, and manage quarterly action plans
  • Attending meetings, tradeshows and conferences
  • Liaise with the local and international teams to ensure that sales targets are being defined and met
