Description
This is an exciting, high-profile position ideal for someone who wants to amplify our brand and products with our channel partners. As a Channel Marketing Associate, you will work closely with our sales and broader teams, distribution and vendor partners, who help execute and support our strategic programs. Essential Responsibilities * Evaluate and optimize channel marketing strategies; execute tailored marketing plans for assigned accounts. * Manage and execute campaign communications and build strong, ongoing relationships with channel partners. * Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive activity to inform strategy and drive performance. * Measure campaign effectiveness, report results, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement. * Own the management and execution of Market Development Funds (MDF) programs for channel partners. * Lead merchandise and display programs to increase brand visibility and support stocking initiatives. * Plan, execute, and track promotional campaigns from concept through performance reporting. * Collaborate cross-functionally to deploy channel marketing initiatives aligned with business goals. This is a full-time role which requires for this position to be located at Current's Greenville, SC headquarters 5 days a week. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field, with 1-3 years of experience in channel marketing, sales, or account management. * Experience in distribution, lighting, or a related B2B industry preferred. * Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with internal teams and external partners. * Ability to adjust communication style to different audiences and handle changing priorities professionally (critical for managing distributor relationships and cross-functional priorities). * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. * Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned tasks, and follow through on deliverables. * Comfort working with data, basic reporting, and using results to support decisions. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar design tools preferred. * Experience executing marketing plans that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation across digital and offline channels. * Working knowledge of current marketing tools, platforms, and performance tracking methods. Compensation This position offers a comprehensive compensation package including base salary, medical/dental/vision benefits, a 401(k) program, paid time off, and employee recognition programs. The expected base salary range for this role is $62,000–$70,000, with final compensation determined based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
