We’re now looking for a passionate, data-driven Channel Marketing Manager to elevate our partner engagement and drive measurable growth.
As a Channel Marketing Manager at Paessler, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing sales and marketing strategies that support and accelerate our channel sales efforts.
Managing a small international team of Channel Marketers, you will also work closely with the global channel sales team and wider marketing organization to increase partner-sourced opportunities, nurture partner relationships, and boost channel-sourced revenue.
You will be a key interface between Paessler and our channel ecosystem, ensuring we remain top-of-mind with partners through compelling content, enablement, and consistent communication.

Responsibilities
  1. Drive New Partner Sourced Sales Revenue via Deal Registrations
  • Work alongside the Head of Channel Sales to co-own the target for Deal Registrations. Use Go-to-Market best practices to develop and execute marketing initiatives that encourage deal registrations from both new and existing partners.
  • Understand Conversion Rate Optimization and use Go-to-Market best practices, working with the wider marketing team to improve performance - from top of funnel demand generation, through to optimizing the registration and quotation processes.
  • Track and analyze deal registration trends, optimizing strategies for conversion and velocity.
  1. Grow Expansion Revenue
  • Create marketing programs aimed at cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Equip partners with targeted campaigns and assets to drive additional value from their installed base.
  • Collaborate with channel sales to identify customer growth opportunities and develop actionable marketing plans.
  1. Partner Through-Marketing Support & Sales Enablement
  • Own the Partner Portal and develop and maintain scalable marketing toolkits and co-marketing packages for channel partners.
  • Support MDF utilization through strategic planning, execution, and post-campaign performance reviews.
  • Deliver tailored partner campaigns that align with both partner and Paessler priorities.
  1. Channel Communications & Engagement
  • Build and execute a communication plan for partners, including regular email updates, newsletters, and exclusive partner webinars.
  • Maintain high engagement levels by promoting upcoming training, certifications, and product updates.
  • Gather partner feedback to improve ongoing communications and marketing support.
  1. Strategic Collaboration & Reporting
  • Work closely with the channel sales team to align marketing activities with sales goals.
  • Coordinate with digital, content, and product marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Define KPIs, measure campaign effectiveness, and report results using data to guide decisions and refinements.
