Description
POSITION SUMMARY We’re hiring a growth-focused Channel Marketing Manager—based in the United States—to accelerate our North America expansion. In this role, you’ll design and execute integrated channel campaigns that engage partners across every stage of their journey—from recruitment through activation and growth. You’ll develop marketing initiatives that support both sell-to (building partner mindshare through awareness, education, and enablement) and sell-through (helping partners drive demand with their customers), leveraging webinars, events, and scalable digital programs as part of your toolkit. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lifecycle Campaigns – Build and manage targeted partner marketing campaigns that align with the partner journey: recruit, onboard, activate, and grow. Sell-To = Partner Mindshare – Create campaigns that build awareness and preference with partners, equipping them to confidently position and sell our CX and CCaaS solutions. Sell-Through Marketing – Develop campaigns and assets partners can take to market, helping them generate customer demand and accelerate pipeline. Partner Recruitment – Identify, qualify, and recruit new selling partners—including VARs, MSPs, BPOs, and technology providers—through the TSD/TSB ecosystem. Events & Webinars – Lead the overall execution of virtual and in-person events, working closely with internal teams to integrate them into broader partner campaigns that drive awareness, mindshare, and engagement at the right partner stage. Collaboration & Scale – Work closely with US Channel Marketing and Enablement to adapt proven playbooks and scale programs across the partner ecosystem. Partner Activation – Equip partners with discovery tools, playbooks, and business planning support to ensure long-term success and growth. QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of experience in channel marketing, partner management, or business development within telecom, cloud, or SaaS. Proven experience working with TSDs / master agents and understanding their partner ecosystems. Background in UCaaS, CCaaS, or CX platforms, with a strong understanding of how to drive partner mindshare and sell-through. A self-starter mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
