Job Description
The Channel Marketing Manager – Retail & Builder is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth across national retailers, big box stores, and builder-focused segments. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 5 plus years of experience in channel marketing, retail marketing, or builder marketing within a similar industry required
  • Deep understanding of both consumer and pro-facing retail marketing strategies.

  • Experience marketing to builders, trade pros, or installer networks — including familiarity with specification, sampling, and project-based sales cycles.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and project management skills across matrixed teams.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and campaign performance analysis.
