Please apply as soon as possible. About your role Fairphone is eager to connect with new audiences, scale our sales and grow brand awareness across Europe. This means we sell our products through Fairphone’s own webshop, but also cooperate with commercial partners in the industry, such as network operators, distributors, marketplaces and retailers. We are looking to hire a Channel Marketing Manager (German-speaking) to support the Brand & Marketing team in effectively promoting our message across the marketing channels of our commercial partners towards B2C audiences. As a Channel Marketing Manager, your role is to maximize our reach & sell-out through the commercial partners in your geographical territory. You will develop and coordinate marketing strategies to increase consideration and conversion for Fairphone by leveraging the retail network and brand channels of our partners. You work closely together with our account managers to build the country strategies and our commercial partnerships. Key Responsibilities & Objectives You are responsible for building and running a strong, engaging channel marketing strategy for our B2C sales partners, which you track and optimize accordingly, Plan, develop & evaluate marketing activities with our partners across their channels, such as online presence, store activations, and paid visibility on partner channels, Plan, develop and potentially lead training for our resellers and their salesforce, as well as through our agencies, You are responsible for pushing sell-out through planning and executing quarterly plans, as well as establishing a successful long-term relationship with the key accounts, Provide commercial partners with the right level of brand and product information and consumer insights, in close collaboration with internal teams, Work closely with the internal creative team to develop materials and creative assets for your marketing plans, Analyze and report on key marketing KPIs from resellers, Ensure accurate and timely budget management, Lead partner events/industry fairs in your territory, You work in tandem on the country plan with the Account Manager(s) for your territory. Core Activities Your Skills & Experience You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English AND German, You have 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in trade marketing, channel marketing or an equivalent marketing field, You have a passion for marketing, understand the role of sales and marketing channels, and you’re up to date with the latest industry trends, You consistently use data to make decisions, You have experience working with commercial partners and know how to apply a strategy to an account’s business and objectives, You are hands-on, organized and have great planning skills, You have strong interpersonal skills, ideally with experience in multi-disciplinary and international teams, You are confident in leading projects and negotiations with external stakeholders, including at a high seniority level, Preferably, you are familiar with working with macOS, Google Workspace and CRMs. What Fairphone can offer you?
