Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Drive the growth of our portfolio of vendors in the UK and develop and communicate the Nimans Brand Marketing strategy, managing both internal and external communications.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

  • Develop and agree marketing plans and budgets with vendor partners and internal stakeholders in conjunction with the Senior Marketing Manager,
  • Delivery of marketing plans across a range of channels including email, web content, automation, social media, webinars, live events, industry press, paid and organic search, and other appropriate channels.
  • Write clear and accurate briefs to be actioned by our in-house design and digital teams.
  • Measure marketing performance against commercial objectives.
  • Ensure that marketing activities are relevant, accurate and appropriate.
  • Work with Technical and Product Teams to bring the New Product Development pipeline to life and develop go to market plans.
  • Plan and deliver complex communications schedules and data driven prospect communications.
  • Define programs for Acquisition, On-boarding, Cross Sell/Up-Sell, Retention/Reaction/Win-back, Loyalty & referral (advocacy).
  • Manage all integrated campaigns and increase sales leads encompassing brand, event, sector and seasonal campaigns.
  • Develop customer journey through our website and related pages to result in increased leads and new business.
  • Analyse campaigns and site performance to make recommendations for improvement.
  • Responsible for promoting and planning events including exhibitions, webinars and help draft keynote presentations.
  • Maintain marketing conversion metrics to agreed targets and Key Performance Indicators.
  • Any other duties as necessary for the role.
