Key Responsibilities:

Product & Service Rollout:

  • Lead product and service launches across distributor and eCommerce channels, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies that align with partner requirements, market trends, and financial targets.
  • Ensure product content, messaging, and merchandising are effectively deployed across partner platforms to maximize visibility and conversion.

P&L Ownership & eCommerce Growth:

  • Own and manage the P&L for eCommerce channels, ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met.
  • Analyze sales performance, pricing strategies, and promotional investments to drive growth.
  • Optimize profit margins by managing product mix, pricing strategies, and operational costs.
  • Collaborate with finance and leadership to develop annual revenue forecasts and budget allocations.

Project & Vendor Management:

  • Oversee projects related to channel expansion, content optimization, and new service implementations.
  • Work closely with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to execute deliverables on time and within scope.
  • Manage timelines, workflows, and resources to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.

Content & Digital Optimization:

  • Ensure all product content (descriptions, images, enhanced content, videos, etc.) is fully optimized across distributor and eCommerce platforms.
  • Monitor and improve content effectiveness through performance analysis, A/B testing, and SEO best practices.

Training & Partner Enablement:

  • Conduct training sessions for distributor staff and eCommerce partners on new programs, product positioning, and digital tools.
  • Develop training materials and resources to enhance partner knowledge and engagement.
  • Present key product and service updates to internal stakeholders and external partners.

Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement:

  • Assess channel performance using Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Walmart Connect, and distributor dashboards.
  • Track sales, margins, and marketing ROI, adjusting tactics based on performance data to maximize partner success.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to refine strategies and maintain market leadership.

The ideal candidate is both analytical and strategic, with strong project management skills, the ability to work cross-functionally, and a keen focus on execution, results, and profitability.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5+ years of channel marketing, product rollout, or distribution marketing experience, preferably in building materials, home improvement, or CPG sectors.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing cross-functional initiatives and vendor relationships.
  • Experience working with distributors, eCommerce marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart), and sales teams.
  • Analytical mindset, with expertise in performance tracking, reporting tools, and digital analytics.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, with experience training and enabling distributor partners.
  • Ability to work in a customer-facing role, managing relationships with key channel partners.
  • P&L management experience, with a proven track record of meeting sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of juggling multiple initiatives at once.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Slides, and other Google Workspace tools.
