Ensuring that retail centers represent ALJ’s & Toyota’s brand image. As well as providing wholesale, fleet, government, and used cars the adequate marketing support warranting marketing consistency throughout the company’s sales channels Key Accountabilities: Description Analyze the overall branding in retail showrooms through regular field visits and providing plans to install branding “look and feel” by proper execution of POS display, enhancing brand awareness to customers Training frontline staff on all external communication and branding initiatives by and providing the needed communication materials Initiate guerrilla marketing projects to enhance and drive traffic to ALJ showrooms and ALJ sales channels Create official communication channels with all ALJ sales channels (Wholesalers, Fleet, Used Cars & Aftersales) to ensure consistent marketing support throughout the year through periodic meeting and visits Key Accountabilities: Performance Indicators No. Of Targeted Centers % Of Targeted Frontline No. of Assigned Projects No. Of Periodic Meetings Major Activities Conduct POS and giveaways inventory based on channel requirements, and coordinate in placing orders of product information requirement from TMC through former channelsOrganize activations and campaigns to enhance the branding image and market positioning of the company through the support of the management and Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC)Lower-level sales funnel contribution by implementing Test Drive in selected retail centers to generate hot leads and support sales conversionStandardizing center level communication through digitalization and content management to ensure communication consistency to customersFollow up with the centers/showrooms on sales tool requirements and provide the necessary accordingly Support TMC product and technology awareness through planning and executing corporate events and activations Job Context The job requires adequate marketing knowledge, data analysis, problem solving techniques and insight generation The job has is responsible in securing sales tools requirements across centers & showrooms The job entails BTL marketing initiatives and the execution of lower funnel projects Framework, Boundaries & Decision Making Authority The job holder is responsible in updating center manager over information and feedback of vendors The Job holder is responsible for aligning and updating center managers, regional managers and operational heads on planned and ongoing marketing initiatives in their respective areas The Job holder has the autonomous authority to deal with all vendor related aspects Organizational / Functional Strategic Focus The job holder has a crucial strategic role in executing ALJM marketing objectives The job holder has a strategic role in ensuring frontline staff are representing ALJ’s & Toyota’s brand image The job has a crucial supporting role in ensuring Consistent communication and update on marketing initiatives across ALJ sales channels The job holder has a strategic role in developing and monitoring the team while developing a succession plan within the department Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration MBA or master’s in marketing is a plus Minimum Experience 6 years in related fields with 2 years in supervisory role Job-Specific Skills Time Management, Management of Personnel Resources, Monitoring, and Implementation Active Learning, Stress Tolerance, Achievement/Effort, Awareness and Problem-Solving Skill Problem Sensitivity, Deductive Reasoning, Good knowledge of different business functions Strong leadership qualities Languages English / Arabic Special Certifications / Membership Marketing certifications are a plus Competencies Adaptability (Individual Contributor)Collaboration (Individual Contributor)Development of Self & Others (Individual Contributor)Guest First (Individual Contributor)Innovation (Individual Contributor)Problem Solving (Individual Contributor)Why Work for Us?
