Description

Help engineering leaders adapt to the future - through the advisors they already trust.
We’re scaling Synera by building strong alliances with consulting firms that shape digital transformation in manufacturing and engineering. As our Channel & Partner Manager, you’ll lead the development of our consulting partner ecosystem - from strategic firms like Capgemini or Porsche Consulting to AI and deep-tech boutiques like AppliedAI.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Your focus: identify, engage, and activate trusted consultancies who guide enterprise clients on innovation, process automation, and AI strategy. Together, we’ll enable these partners to deliver more value to their clients - and drive real revenue for Synera through co-selling, solution packaging, and GTM initiatives.
You’ll work directly with Moritz (CEO) and collaborate closely with Andrew (Technical Partner Manager), David (Customer Success), Sebastian (CFO), Sales, and Marketing. This role is both strategic and at the same time, hands-on - ideal for someone who has built partner programs in early-stage environments and wants to define how industrial companies adopt engineering automation and low-code AI tooling.

What a potential week at Synera could look like:

  • Monday: You review active partner opportunities, and you sync with Moritz on a potential strategic alliance with a large consultancy.
  • Tuesday: You run an enablement session for an AI partner and co-develop a value proposition tailored to their industrial clients.
  • Wednesday: You join a customer workshop with a consulting firm and jointly pitch a digital thread automation project to the end client.
  • Thursday: You finalize a co-marketing playbook with Marketing and check the technical fit with Andrew for a new integration-led opportunity.
  • Friday: You update CRM, capture learnings from partner calls, and prepare a short recap for the next leadership meeting.

Here is our team at last year’s summer event - we’d love to welcome you to the next one!

Even if you don’t meet these criteria perfectly but believe you have lots to bring to the role, we encourage you to apply. We know it’s tough, but please keep in mind that you don’t have to match all the listed requirements exactly to be considered for this role.

  • You have solid experience in consulting partnerships, business development, or enterprise software sales.
  • You have a deep understanding of partner-led GTM models, especially those involving consultancies and strategic advisors.
  • You obtain a strong business acumen and comfort in navigating C-level conversations in industrial and enterprise settings.
  • You work independently with a structured work style, you know how to build from scratch without a playbook.
  • You are fluent in German and English (French or Spanish are a plus).
  • You have a willingness to travel in the EU and occasionally to the US for key partner and customer meetings
