Description monday.com is looking for a Channel Partner Team Lead to lead monday’s Channel Partner Manager (CPM) team for France. You will take ownership of our Partnerships strategy in France, driving ARR growth, fostering strong customer relationships, and ensuring retention across our partner portfolio for the region. You’re a driven leader with a strong track record in direct sales as well as experience managing and/or selling with partners. This is a hands-on role that will involve working closely with both the team of CPMs as well as our local partners. An ideal candidate for this role is a hands-on self-starter, who is eager to make an impact and take the team to the next level. This role will be based in our local office in Paris, France. About The Role Take responsibility for the strategy and execution of the region. Manage an experienced team of CPMs (quota carrying), drive them to success and lead them to achieve their ARR targets. Take responsibility for one strategic Channel Partner directly, driving the relationship and their growth and success with monday. Closely collaborate with cross-functional leaders and teams such as Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services etc. Based on regional and departmental needs, identify and recruit potential Channel Partners using a data-driven approach, while balancing company goals, speed, and economic potential. Track, report, and optimise partner performance across their Sales, Consulting and Marketing efforts. Help partners develop and execute outbound strategies that generate new leads through solutions, marketing activities and verticalisation. Requirements 5+ years of experience in Sales and/or Channel Partner Management in a quota carrying role. 2+ years of experience managing a team. Experience working directly or indirectly with Channel Partners / VARs / SIs is a must. A driven, proactive mindset with an eagerness to help the team grow. Experience in a global work environment. Track record of taking projects from A to Z - we value and recognise self-starters. Strong relationship building and management skills. An attitude and willingness to move fast, fail fast, learn from it and try again. Strong negotiation skills, whether it is negotiating a SaaS subscription alongside a partner or balancing our company and partner needs.
