About Us
Our team comes from SEA Regional Business, Global Business Solutions.We partner with key market partners across the Southeast Asia region to drive their user growth and marketing strategy by owning and implementing customised marketing and measurement solutions, ad tech integration and platform innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and liaising with SEA regional and SG agency teams
  • To drive revenue targets for Singapore & regional clients
  • Interface with agency senior teams that plan and/or buy through a central planning unit in Singapore. Negotiating on behalf of regional markets at agency group level
  • Build out and servicing of Agency Trading Deals
  • Conducting of Quarter Business Reviews
  • Reconciliation of annual partnership terms
  • Ensure payment hygiene
  • Regional coordination with Global Agency Teams to support agency ICs and advance global discussions locally
  • Training, enablement and driving advocacy of agency planners and stakeholders under care, in partnership with Tiktok’s key account and client solution teams
  • Roll out related agency certifications and programs

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in ad-tech sales or agency media planner or strategy roles
  • Demonstrated understanding of digital media platforms, the ad-tech ecosystem and ad measurement metrics for branding and performance
  • Candidates with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets will be prioritised
  • Demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualificarions

  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • A great orator with ability to deliver persuasive presentations
  • Experienced in analysing data and delivering impactful insights
  • Self-starter, fast learner with a can-do spirit
  • Ambitious and tenacious, with a willingness to grow and develop within TikTok
