Description
🎯Your mission As Channel & Partnerships Manager for Spain, you will be a key force in Silae’s indirect go-to-market strategy. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, your mission is to build and scale a high-impact partner ecosystem that drives sustainable and accelerated new business growth. You will identify, engage, and develop relationships with the most relevant players in the Spanish payroll and advisory ecosystem — including BPOs, VARs, and service providers — and convert them into active acquisition channels. You will be expected to deliver quick wins while building a clear and structured strategy that delivers solid, scalable results in the mid and long term. A key success indicator for your role will be the ability to conquer a significant market share in number of payslips processed, positioning Silae as the go-to partner for the ecosystem. You will: Define and execute the indirect channel strategy, prioritizing high-potential partners and verticals aligned with our ideal customer profile. Recruit, onboard, and activate new partners (VARs, BPOs, advisory firms), enabling them to generate pipeline and revenue quickly. Develop and communicate a compelling value proposition for partners, ensuring their sustained engagement and contribution to commercial goals. Create and manage a partner performance framework, setting clear expectations and tracking KPIs, revenue impact, and payslip acquisition contribution. Deliver quick wins by securing fast-moving partnerships that translate into short-term revenue, while laying the foundations for mid-term scale. Build strong commercial relationships with partner executives and field sales teams, becoming a trusted business development advisor. Collaborate closely with Marketing to co-create partner enablement content, go-to-market materials, and demand generation campaigns. Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Consulting to align product evolution, commercial strategy, and partner activation. Continuously monitor the market to identify new partnership opportunities and improve our competitiveness in the payroll ecosystem. 🧩 What We’re Looking For Channel Sales Experience: 5+ years managing indirect sales or partnerships in SaaS, B2B, or tech environments. Ecosystem Understanding: Proven success building partner networks in service-based ecosystems (VARs, BPOs, consultancies, platforms). Results-Oriented: Strong bias toward execution with the ability to deliver quick wins, while developing strategic plans that scale. Market Share Ambition: Motivated by growth metrics and market share — especially in number of payslips and recurring revenues. Strategic Thinking: Capable of structuring partner programs, defining processes, and turning channel insights into commercial levers. CRM & Performance Tracking: Experienced with CRM systems and partner reporting dashboards; data-driven decision-maker. Collaborative DNA: Thrives working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing and Customer Operations. Network in the Ecosystem: Existing contacts or reputation within the payroll, HR tech, or advisory ecosystem is not mandatory but highly valued. Industry Knowledge: Background in Fintech, Payroll, or HR Tech is a strong plus. Languages: Spanish native, fluent in English; French is a plus. Availability: Able to travel to partners and be present in our Reus or Sabadell offices when needed.
