Job Description   * Attend project briefing sessions with clients together with project managers * Independently complete project proposals under research guidelines * Independently translate project questionnaires * Independently design questionnaires for small and medium-sized projects * Be responsible for project training * Participate in interviewer training, pilot interviews and accompanied interviews * Be responsible for pre-implementation preparation for project operation, including: project setup, completion and summary of budget forms, application for filing numbers for internal proposals, and preparation of post-training project guidelines * Be responsible for quality control of project operation * Verify the accuracy of data reports * Check report charts prepared by researchers and independently compile reports * Independently develop code tables and review quality control reports * Prepare headers for data reports * Conduct data analysis and draft key findings * Guide new researchers to get familiar with and adapt to the working environment Ipsos is one of the world’s largest research companies and currently the only one primarily managed by researchers, ranking as a #1 full-service research organization for four consecutive years.
