Description

#WEAREUR AND WE CONTINUOUSLY REDEFINE AUTOMATION

At Universal Robots, part of Teradyne Inc., we are empowering change in the way work is done. Our vision is to create a world where people work with robots, not like robots. And with 100,000+ cobots already installed worldwide, we’re well on the way to achieving it. Working towards our vision gives us endless opportunities to learn, grow, innovate, and solve problems together as we bring our technology to companies of all sizes all over the world.
We’re looking for a hands-on, self-driven, commercially sharp Channel Program Manager to lead the rollout and optimization of our Partner Program across EMEA. This role is central to shaping how we grow with partners—linking incentive schemes, performance tracking, and operational excellence to clear business outcomes.
You’ll coordinate closely with Sales, Sales Support, and HQ, ensuring partners are supported, informed, and motivated to deliver. Strong business acumen and understanding of how partner incentives drive top-line growth and bottom-line results are key to success.

Responsibilities
  • Support the rollout and implementation of Partner Programs across EMEA, in collaboration with regional sales teams
  • Coordinate information flow to partners: updates, incentives, documentation, communication packs, and reports
  • Act as a central contact for partner-related topics across HQ, EMEA leadership, Sales, and Sales Support
  • Support contract management processes with partners
  • Drive partner landscape mapping and contribute to optimizing the partner network
  • Develop and standardize partner management processes across regions
  • Create and maintain standard work processes to ensure operational consistency and efficiency
  • Own and manage partner performance reporting including dashboard development and improvement
  • Conduct gap analyses and provide actionable insights for partner performance and coverage
  • Develop, maintain, and support QBR templates and content, ensuring data consistency and strategic value
  • Define and monitor KPIs for partner programs and initiatives
  • Leverage data analytics to measure program effectiveness and inform improvements
