We’re seeking a Channel Sales Director who will build, manage, and coach a distributed team of Field Sales Managers (FSMs) and Technology Sales Advisors (TSAs)—and lead by example.

Mission: Launch and scale our conversational AI Platform through a channel‑led GTM—recruiting and enabling 1099 leaders and advisors, activating MSP/VAR/ISV/TSD partners, and driving predictable revenue with a coaching‑first culture.
· Weekly meeting with our management team
· Start building and supporting your sales team
· Establish Ops Cadence: weekly pipeline reviews, monthly QBRs, cohort analytics, partner scorecards.
