Job responsibilities: To promote All Himel product to Developers, Contractors & Indirect Panel Builders To maintain and develop relation with Developers, Contractors & Indirect Panel Builders To support specifier related with Himel product, solution and specification Achieve personal target of the year as per assigned by manager Approach key players to help secure orders & close the project cycle. Propose specification for product and solution of offer based on features of Himel product Gather project information (Secure technical spec and all related player/candidate ) Coordinate with both internal and external stake holders to secure the project order Managing Project Distributor to increase sales and ensure efficiency; Prepare monthly forecast order and estimation sales per quarterly Prepare and plan marcom budget yearly and maintaining awareness of market trends in Electrical project environment, supporting promotions, branding and events Responding to customer complaints and comments Evaluate Project distributor performance every quarter Essential Professional Experience: 1.3-5 years in relevant Sales & Export roles 2.Project Experience with the ability to build strong and committed relationships with Distributors, customers and external partners. 3.Sales Background in Electrical products & solutions : Low Voltage electrical products , power distribution, industrial control products, etc. 4.Demonstrate strong leadership in terms of execution, influencing skills, and strategic initiative development of countries’ sales. Desirable Qualifications 1.A wide network of contacts in the Electrical Market. 2.Worked in leading companies in the Electrical Industry (Chint, LS, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, Shihlin, Panasonic, etc.) 3.Experience in penetrating New Markets 4.Good Business Understanding with LV Product Knowledge, Product Competitor knowledge, strong Technical knowledge, interpersonal skill , Negotiation skill, Customer relationship Personal Skills 1.Ability to be flexible and responsive in the demanding environment of a start-up organization 2.Good communication and presentation skills 3.Motivated and accustomed to performing and meeting quotas 4.Strategic view, team work and quick execution with a sense of speed 5.Result-oriented with good interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills. 6.Willing to work under pressure. Accept challenge and meet commitment. Education background: 1.BA/BS degree, Electrical Engineering background is preferred Others: 1.Frequent traveler 2.Fluent in local language, English 3.Computer Skills: MS Office
