Are you a full cycle SaaS sales professional who can walk into a room, diagnose what a retailer actually needs, and take the deal all the way from first outreach to close?

A fast growing unified commerce platform is scaling its Middle East and Africa presence from a young, high energy Dubai base. The company solves for online, in store and marketplace selling in one connected system rather than the fragmented tools most retailers juggle today, and counts major regional and international retail names among its customers. Having opened its first international office in Dubai in early 2025, the business is now backing its next phase of growth with a founding commercial hire who can help build out the region.

This is not a role where you specialise in pitching a single product. You will need to genuinely understand a broad, modular platform and consult with clients to figure out which parts actually solve their problem, sometimes that means the conversation ends somewhere completely different from where it started.

15-25K AED with strong earning upside through uncapped commission on revenue generated.
What you'll be doing:Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach through to demo, negotiation and close across UAE and potentially Saudi Arabia
Building consultative relationships with retail and e-commerce decision makers to properly diagnose their needs
Working across a wide, modular product suite rather than a single point solution
Collaborating closely with the regional team and global headquarters to keep delivery and expectations aligned
Owning client relationships post sale to ensure retention and growth
What we need:6-8 of full cycle SaaS sales experience, ideally from platforms operating in martech, supply chain or enterprise retail technology
A track record of personally building pipeline and closing deals, with existing relationships in the UAE or Saudi retail and e-commerce market that you can bring to the table
Comfort learning fast and working across multiple products rather than one narrow specialism
Resilience and self direction, this is a hands on, fast moving environment without a classroom style onboarding
