Are you ready to build and scale a European partner channel for a fast-growing infrastructure tech company? Groundhawk is looking for a Channel Sales Manager / Director to build and grow our European partner ecosystem. In this role, you will create the channel model, recruit and enable the right partners, and turn the partner network into a major revenue driver across Europe. This is a true builder role. You will define how the channel works, sign the right partners, and make them perform — with a high level of ownership and autonomy. ABOUT GROUNDHAWK 3D scanning and AI-driven reality capture are transforming how underground infrastructure is mapped, documented, and trusted. As fiber and electricity networks expand rapidly across Europe, accurate underground data is no longer a “nice to have” — it’s critical. Groundhawk is at the forefront of this shift. Our solution delivers precise, verifiable underground data for infrastructure owners, contractors, and utilities — helping them build faster, safer, and smarter. To scale this across Europe, we are now building a structured partner sales channel. YOUR MISSION Your mission is to build and scale Groundhawk’s channel sales in Europe by: Recruiting the right partners Enabling them to successfully sell the Groundhawk solution Turning the partner ecosystem into a repeatable, predictable revenue engine You will own the channel end-to-end. WHAT YOU’LL DO Define and execute Groundhawk’s European channel strategy Recruit and sign partners, primarily: Surveying equipment and software resellers with established customer bases Construction tech and infrastructure software companies System integrators and other relevant solution providers Develop the partner value proposition, commercial model, and partner contracts Onboard and enable partners with training, sales tools, and joint go-to-market plans Drive partner pipeline, forecasts, and closed deals Establish partner structures such as tiers, certifications, targets, incentives, and performance tracking Work closely with product, marketing, and direct sales to align positioning and messaging Operate mainly through remote sales and partner management, with travel for key partner meetings, customers, and industry events WE WOULD BE A GREAT MATCH IF YOU HAVE Proven experience in building and scaling channel sales in B2B SaaS or technical solutions Experience in geospatial, surveying, construction tech, utilities, or infrastructure (a strong advantage) A strategic and structured mindset combined with a hands-on execution attitude The ability to operate with high autonomy and ownership Strong relationship-building and communication skills Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus WHY GROUNDHAWK Cutting-edge technology combining 3D scanning and AI with clear, measurable customer value A VC-backed startup with strong growth ambitions and a rapidly expanding European market A rare opportunity to build a European partner channel from the ground up — and own it end-to-end A high-impact role with direct influence on company growth and revenue A highly capable team with a low-hierarchy culture and close collaboration across roles Competitive, performance-based compensation with significant upside Learn more about Groundhawk and our solutions from our website.
