We have invented the first and only autonomous wheel in the world, and now we want you to join our team. We are expanding and are currently in search of a skilled and driven Channel Sales Manager to support our commercial efforts
This role is located at wheel.me’s HQ in Oslo, Norway.

REQUIREMENTS:



    • 2-3 years proven experience in distribution sales within robotics or automation, and demonstrating a strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

    • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market opportunities.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and other business tools.
    • Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings and events.
    Responsibilities


      • Develop and set annual sales targets with the assigned partners.

      • Monitor and analyze the sales performance of assigned partners and customers.
      • In collaboration with our Head of Partner Development plan and execute partner strategies in alignment with the overall strategy to ensure we reach our sales targets.
      • Facilitate collaboration with assigned partners when engaging end-customers.
      • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with new or existing customers.
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
      • Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with company goals.
      • Actively prepare sales forecasts in Salesforce and reports for senior management.
      • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
