QUALIFICATION – SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Relationship-based customer-facing channel management and / or key account management experience
  • Exceptional project management and execution skills
  • Excellent pricing analytical capability to effectively manage the product category P&L
  • Ability to travel up to 50% during peak travel periods, and 30% on average annually.

QUALIFICATIONS – EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Preferably in business administration, marketing, or engineering focus.
  • Previous experience as a key account manager or sales channel manager.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ sales experience with quantifiable achievements in sales, sales management or channel management preferably with a manufacturing company.

PURPOSE STATEMENT

With seven manufacturing sites across the USA, Canada and Mexico, Gemini’s products are backed by an industry-leading guarantee and sold exclusively through an authorized reseller network.
Gemini currently seeks an outside sales channel manager to grow the sales of products fulfilled through our thin gauge plaque, sign and plates operations based in Mesquite, Texas. The channel management role will heavily emphasize relationship selling and key account management to successfully onboard new partners, find new channels for growth and increased penetration of existing partners.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Relationship selling
  • Key account management
  • Annual sales growth planning
  • Manage possible channel conflicts
  • Works with customer service to assure problem resolution and maintain service levels.

  • Competitive pricing & positioning analysis
  • Channel Marketing Support
  • Voice of Customer (VOC) facilitation: Both partners and end-users
