This is vital role in driving sales and expanding our market presence within the SMB fire business segment. You will be responsible for promoting and selling Honeywell's comprehensive range of fire products to small and medium-sized businesses. In this role, you will impact the growth of our SMB business by effectively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored fire safety solutions that enhance their operational safety and compliance. Your role will also include overseeing, supervising and reviewing tasks performed by team members to ensure effective execution of work; managing end‑to‑end processes and projects for both internal and external clients with responsibility for timely and accurate delivery; issuing clear instructions and directions to team members on tasks to be performed; and mentoring and guiding junior colleagues to support their skill development, professional growth, and overall success.
