Your Role: Mirus Bio is a leading provider of innovative life science products supporting research, development, and healthcare solutions. We collaborate with top-tier organizations worldwide, offering advanced technologies and scientific expertise. We are looking for an experienced and results‑driven Channel Sales Representative (all genders) to support the growth of our Life Science product portfolio across Germany/Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and strengthening long‑term relationships with our distribution partners, ensuring alignment on commercial strategies and identifying new business opportunities in the life science market. You will work closely with Marketing, Product Management, and internal sales teams to implement coordinated go‑to‑market plans. Your responsibilities include market analysis, understanding customer needs, monitoring competitor activities, and translating these insights into targeted sales actions. You will provide product training, commercial guidance, and day‑to‑day support to distributors to ensure their success. Accurate forecasting, performance tracking, and structured market feedback are essential components of this position. The role also includes representing Mirus Bio at partner visits, customer meetings, and relevant industry events and requires regular travel. Who You Are: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences (e.g., Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology) Minimum 3–5 years of full-cycle, quota-carrying sales experience in one of the following areas: Life Science research products; Biotech or pharma tools; Academic research consumables; Reagents, transfection technologies, viral vectors, or similar Proven experience managing distributors or channel partners with quantifiable achievements (e.g., revenue growth, territory expansion, target achievement). Strong technical understanding of laboratory workflows, research applications, and customer environments (eg., cell culture, molecular biology, transfection workflows, etc.). Fluency in English and German (minimum C1 level) for daily business communication with customers and distributors. Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and solid MS Office skills. Valid EU driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 30%. Residence within approximately 1 hour of an international airport within Germany LS-PS-UJOB Sales B AT / Expert 2 + SIP
