Description
Build and manage a robust partner ecosystem, optimize channel performance, and ensure alignment with company goals. It plays a pivotal role in expanding market reach, improving partner engagement, and delivering high ROI through collaborative sales and marketing initiatives. A. Lead team to achieve sales target in profit plan and meet sales growth in target territory. B. Develop the growth initiatives in the territory, identify business priorities, risks and opportunities in the territoy to ensure a solid sales results. C. Build and develop the sales team competency along with the business growth in the territory. D. Build strong distribution networks and manage the relationship with distributors and end customers, to develop long term partnership with key distributors and customers, to enalbe distributors. Work closely with channel management team on channel policy execution. E. Promote new products in target territory and achieve new products sales target; develop key industry customers in target territory. F. Work with commercial marketing to establish the growth strategy and sales direction for the territory. Provide the marketing promotion requirements and drive the territory events. G. Collect, analyze and regularly share the market and competitors information, news and trends with Santak sales team. H. Lead team to cooperate with Segment to win sales projects. Bachelor degree and above, major in electrical engineering or relevant field is prefer At least 10 years channel sales experience in electrical field Good understanding of Power Quality (UPS) industry 1) Good business acumen and can find good business opportunity 2) Strong interpersonal and communication skill, good teamwork spirit, self-motive, goal-oriented and energetic 3) Willing to work hard and face challenge Our goal is to give you the space to find that sweet spot where your passion meets purpose.
