Description

As Channel Sales Specialist, you will play a vital role in our business operations by managing both sales relationships and bulk order processing for our business clients. This mid-level position requires expertise in both customer relationship management and operational excellence. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing partner relationships while ensuring accurate order processing and fulfillment. Your role combines sales support, operational efficiency, and strategic partner management to deliver exceptional value to our business partners

EDUCATION:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or related field preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 35 years of experience in sales support, order management, or channel partner relations.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing business relationships.
  • Experience with CRM and order management systems.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Analytical thinking and problemsolving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
