• Channel Success Ownership: Take ownership of the post-onboarding success of the accounting advisor channel, ensuring sustained growth and engagement.
• Advisor Conversion: Convert advisors into active referrers and advocates through tailored enablement programs and trust-building initiatives.

What You Will Need To Have:

• Proven experience in channel management, particularly in Accounting & Bookkeeping sectors
• Strong understanding of advisor enablement strategies and community building techniques
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to establish trust and rapport with advisors
• Strategic mindset with the ability to convert advisors into active advocates of Fiserv solutions
• Collaborative approach to working with diverse stakeholders and driving channel success
• Familiarity with accounting and bookkeeping practices and technologies
