Description

COMPANY OVERVIEW

The London Cremation Company was the first established cremation provider in the UK. It was created but the Cremation Society of Great Britain in the late 1800s, specifically to design and build Golders Green crematorium, which was to serve the whole of London.
Since its inception, the company has developed further crematoria and currently has six including Woking in Surrey, which was the first crematorium in the UK. Golders Green and St Marylebone are in London, Thames View and Garden of England are in Kent and Banbury is in Oxfordshire.
We offer cremation services and memorialisation at all our crematoria, but also have a cemetery at Thames View. We’re currently developing a new crematorium in Lee-on-the-Solent in Hampshire, which will open in late 2026.
We pride ourselves on our high-quality customer service and ensure that we offer exceptional help to people at one of the most difficult times in their lives.
