Description
Location: Camp Humphreys, Korea Position: Part-time Duties: Lead musical accompaniment for the Common Ground Protestant Worship Services, including weekly Sunday services, special services, and rehearsals. Conduct and lead the choir, praise team, and congregation in worship through both vocal and instrumental music (e.g., guitar or keyboard). Organize and conduct weekly rehearsals with the band and praise team. Select and coordinate music for services, including warm-ups, preludes, postludes, offertories, and congregational hymns. Ensure proper use and care of chapel facilities and equipment. Requirements: A minimum of four years of formal education or training as an Undergraduate Music Director Performance Major. At least three years of relevant experience in directing choirs and leading worship services within the last ten years. Ability to lead an orchestra, praise team, and congregation both vocally and instrumentally. Proficient in English (spoken, read, and written).
