Responsibilities
The Chaplain serves as a member of the interdisciplinary team, focusing on meeting the spiritual needs of patients, families, caregivers, and staff, including volunteers. This involves providing pastoral care interventions and counseling determined by spiritual assessment and sensitivity to diverse values and beliefs.
