We’re seeking an exceptional AI Chapter Area Lead (Executive Manager) to drive strategic AI initiatives and solutions at scale across Financial Services. You’ll lead high-impact work focused on delivering robust Generative AI, Agentic AI and Machine Learning capabilities, shaping the future of finance operations, strategic advisory, and enterprise-wide decision support at scale. Your leadership will be crucial in helping Financial Services domain achieve its strategic priorities. As a leader, you’ll co-create the AI strategy and work with top-tier data science and product teams to execute solutions that matter the most —across Deep Learning, Generative AI, Agentic AI, MLOps, and advanced data platforms. Your Impact Your leadership will be instrumental in helping FS achieve its strategic ambition of building the world’s leading AI-enabled CFO function. You will represent the chapter in FS Gen AI governance forums, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and visibility of progress. Influence senior stakeholders across finance, risk, and technology to embed AI into decision-making. You will drive and own the FS Gen AI use case pipeline, working with EGM areas to identify, prioritise, and scale high-impact opportunities across finance domains, from facilitating ideation workshops to championing experimentation across the chapter. Drive the strategic design and delivery of GenAI and Agentic AI systems that transform Financial Services. Lead and coach teams to uplift the overall outcomes on data science and modelling initiatives and capabilities across Financial Services. Influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to embed AI into key decision-making. Play a key role in shaping the FS Analytics soft chapter, supporting skilling, tooling, and community building across Insight Analytics, Advanced Analytics, and Data Science. Guide hiring and development aligned to the Group’s bar raiser standards. Deliver outcomes at scale by leading collaborative Gen AI and Agentic AI projects that balance innovation with risk management and compliance. We’re interested in Gen AI leaders who can bring : Leadership and Vision: Proven ability to lead high-performing, multidisciplinary Data Science and Gen AI teams. Experience driving adoption of Deep Learning, Gen AI and Agentic AI at scale in enterprise settings. Deep understanding of Gen AI and Agentic AI product development lifecycles and agile delivery. Strong executive presence with the ability to inspire and communicate technical vision clearly across diverse group of stakeholders to uplift the Data Science community. Technical Excellence in Gen AI and Agentic AI: Deep Learning: Strong expertise in implementing real-time use cases using Deep learning, ML engineering, model deployment, feature engineering, and MLOps. Generative AI and Agentic AI tools: Hands-on experience with RAG, Guardrail design, prompt engineering, and frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph. Tooling Mastery: Proficient in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, SQL, and modern data science stacks. Version Control & CI/CD: Strong practical experience with GitHub and pipeline automation. Data Engineering: Solid understanding of ETL processes and scalable data infrastructure for ML readiness. Cloud Architecture: Grounded understanding in AWS or Azure Cloud architecture and integration, demonstrating experience in deploying and managing cloud-based solutions.
