Description Job Summary: This position provides direct event support to the NWTF field staff and our volunteers. Communicates with the field staff, volunteers and vendors daily to insure we meet the needs of our chapters for any ticketed fundraising needs. Provides customer service support and follow through on any inquires directed and handled by our team. Monitors all event reporting for accuracy and updates. Tracks and assist the event from the beginning of the ticket order, through ordering and finalization to help insure the success. Assist with new chapter start up and onboarding process. Supervisory Responsibilities: None Duties and Responsibilities: Respond to and assist with all requests sent to csr@nwtf.net in a timely manner. Assist with all inquiries related to NWTF product ordering, tracking and invoicing from the field staff and volunteers. Process all field staff promo, supply and employee orders. Monitor the CSR dashboard in Tableau and all event reports. Provides feedback on changes needed. Follow up on all cancellation requests to ensure there is no outstanding balance on the AR or money collected. Process all WORKS and Ticket Printing orders submitted by the field staff. Complete all call tag, damage and credit requests from the field staff. Process credit cards, sanction-calling contest, seed and check orders for all Chapter events. Process incentive ordering and mail finalized letters to the event chairman. Works our IT department on testing and building of new system. Updates FFL received from the field and volunteers in the system. Complete all returns to the NWTF related to Chapter functions. Post event finalization and membership upload process Evaluate event reporting for accuracy and report to supervisor any concerns Non-Finalize Reporting and Review Assisting with new chapter set up and on boarding packet Work with the Field Staff on inventory reconciliation. Handles all new hire and departures for field staff in your assigned area. Helps cover other department duties when assigned staff is off. Knowledge of core systems used to assist field staff including, but not limited to, CAS (HQ Main System), EMS (used for online ticket sales), and MMS (order ticket system). Attend annual NWTF Convention, regional meetings and training opportunities, as necessary. Performs other related duties as assigned and cross training within the department. At least two years related experience required. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Remote or Telecomm Status (select one): Position can work remotely subject to in-office work as required.
